General shipping information
Delivery countries:
Germany (without islands), Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Other countries on request.
Our dispatch department is open from Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 16:30. Please allow a lead time of approx. 4 hours. When ordering items with different dispatch times, the longest lead time applies.
Most items with shipping class XXS can be delivered to a DHL Packstation.
There are no shipping costs if you collect the goods from our warehouse in Hamburg (Sinstorfer Kirchweg 74-92). We ask for your notification.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are per order (not per item) and depend on the shipping class.
You can find them on the item detail pages as in the following example:
When ordering items of different shipping classes, only the shipping costs of the highest shipping class will be charged. They are independent of the quantity ordered and apply to the entire delivery. For European business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT is not applicable for deliveries outside Germany.
Example: A total of 8 items are ordered in Germany. Of these, 6 have shipping class M and 2 have shipping class L. The shipping costs for the entire delivery amount to € 38.10.

* The shipping costs within Europe are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
**International shipping for shipping class M is only possible to Austria and Denmark.
For shipping classes L and XL, the goods are usually delivered by a forwarding agent. In this case, delivery is "free kerbside".
The shipping costs within Germany are inclusive of VAT. For German islands, an island surcharge of €15.47 is charged for shipping classes XXS & XS, and a surcharge of €47.6 for shipping classes S-L.
DELIVERIES TO SWITZERLAND
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. Your goods will be delivered to your desired address in Switzerland easily and cost-effectively - thanks to a service fee from CHF 17.90, which already includes customs duties and delivery costs within Switzerland.
