Payment Options

What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept the following payment methods:
    direct payment:
  • Invoice (within Germany)
  • Credit card
  • Prepayment
and via the following payment systems:
  • PayPal
  • Amazon Payments
  • Klarna.
How secure is payment by credit card?
We use SSL, currently the most secure encryption method, to protect your credit card details. SSL stands for 'Secure Socket Layers' and is now the standard, especially for purchasing products. With SSL, all data transmission between the user's browser and our servers is encrypted so that no one can view the data. Encryption is enabled across our entire site, so all pages you access on our site are encrypted. In your browser, you can recognize the active encryption certificate by the green padlock or by "https" in the browser bar. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information directly in our checkout process, you can still pay by credit card by using PAYPAL and selecting your credit card as the payment method within PayPal.

Customer Account

How can I view my previous orders?
Your previous orders are stored in your customer account. Here you will find all the details of your orders and can check the current status. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view orders from before 2017. If you have questions about older orders, please contact us by email or phone.

Cancellation & Withdrawal

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible as long as the goods have not yet been packed and dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email. You can reach us Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at +49(0)40 85322440
How can I withdraw from my order?
As a consumer, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw within this period, please use our withdrawal form at the end of our Terms and Conditions and send it to us within the deadline. There you will also find the further legal conditions for a withdrawal. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for your return. This helps us to improve our service and products.

Other

Is there a minimum order value?
No. We want you to be able to reorder individual components from us at any time without additional surcharges.
How can I get a new invoice?
Please send us an email to info@gallery-design.com or use our contact form and provide your customer and order number and the date of the order. We will take care of it as soon as possible.
