Shipping & Delivery

Due to the very different article sizes and weights, shipping costs are divided into various classes. Each item is assigned to a shipping class, which can be found in the item details.
Example: When ordering multiple items with different shipping classes, only the highest shipping class will apply. Further information about shipping costs and prices for other countries can be found here: Shipping costs

Our prices are calculated very tightly per item, which is reflected in very low individual item prices for you. Waiving shipping costs from a certain order value is difficult to calculate due to the different shipping classes for each item. Therefore, shipping costs are always added.

Our shipping department is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please allow a lead time of approximately 4 hours. If you order items with different availability times, the longest time period applies.

Delivery is mostly carried out by GLS (except for bulky goods). Please enter the nearest GLS ParcelShop as your delivery address when placing your order! An overview of GLS ParcelShops is available on their website.
DHL or Hermes parcel shops are not served.

As a consumer, you usually have a right of withdrawal for 14 days. If you would like to return goods within this period, please use our withdrawal form at the end of our Terms and Conditions. There you will also find the exact legal conditions. Due to our very competitive pricing, you must bear the shipping costs for the return yourself. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for your return. This helps us to improve our service and products.
